Tips:
1- Wear sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater
2- Apply sunscreen 30-40 minutes before going outside
3- Reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hours
4- Stay in shade as much as possible
5- Wear long pants and long-sleeve shirts
6- Wear Sunglasses
7- Avoid the sun during the hottest parts of the day
8- Avoid tanning beds
